Need help modifying a model to be groups of Solids

Hello to all:

I need some help modifyng INV models of conveyor beds.  When they were originally done, they weren't designed as having separate Solid Bodies.  Now (in order for them to be used in SketchUp fpr visualization) I have go back through all these .IPT's and make them so they will export to AutoCAD as logical groups of separate entities (see the attached AutoCAD file of a slightly different bed).

I have attached three files:

• one of the original .IPT,
• one of the failure to make the rollers behave as separate Solid Bodies
• An AutoCAD file of a slightly different bed that will show what I need as an end result 

THis bed does have a parmeter for resizing it's width, so if you'd like to take a crack at helping with this, please be sure the bed resizes its width correctly with your adjustments.  Thanks very much in advance!

You can derive each body in another ipt and build assembly.

I was eventually able to solve it (i think) by manipulating the "make this a solid" selection inside one of the dialog boxes.

unfortunately this will not work...this block will need to be constantly re-genertated as an .IPT and re-imported into AutoCAD as part of a multi-program process.
