Need Advise about STEP file edit

Hello

I have a step file (see attached file) plus an image file.

How do you move the unicorn to so it will be positioned in the center. Vertically spaced between the red marks from the image and horizontally equal space from the outline.

I just noticed 3 anomalies in your geometry that you should fix.  See video (turn on your sound).
