Nastran in cad

Anybody have the same issues with nastran in-cad ... its saying my license is invalid or serial number tried to uninstall it but also cant get that uninstalled just get a error message everytime ....never worked since first day I tried it ...any solutions ????

Is this a commercial license or is it a student license - where did you get your Serial Number?

My licence is commercial but the account im on right now is my personal account ... I also have a company account where i get my produces from... i got my serial number from my company autodesk account

Just to narrow down possible issues -

if you go to http://manage.autodesk.com you see something like this (my serial number hidden)?

Is your company account handled through an Autodesk Reseller, or did you purchase directly from Autodesk?

How are you trying to activate it? Are you double clicking the Nastran shortcut on your desktop?

For Nastran-in-Cad, you need to start up the target software you want Nastran-In-Cad to work in (e.g. Inventor) and click the Nastran-In-Cad tab in the Ribbon.

Ok i always tried the shortcut on my desktop ...

Now i tried it your way (to open it within my inventor ribbon tab ) now i get this message ...And also in my updates tab in my autodesk app  where you download and manage ur products update it wont let me update ... the nastran-in cad update has been sitting there for over 2 months ... when i try to update it downloads and installs but in a few hour the update is there again like i never updated

Sounds like it might be a corrupt installation of Nastran-In-Cad...

I would recommend a Clean Uninstall as per the below instructions:

After that, clean the %TEMP% folder and delete previous installation media for the product in C:\Autodesk (and possibly your Downloads), make sure you have full admin rights on the PC, set User Account Control to Never Notify (temporarily), disable your antivirus and security software (temporarily), then redownload the software from your Autodesk account via Browser Download method:
