Multiple parts

I am making a acrylic panel, but right now I am making one by one, is there any way to set it so I can make 10 or so at a time?

Are they all the same?  Are you in an assembly making them ?

Lets say I have a piece 20x20 to make 10 2x2 panels, at the moment, I am
running one, then moving my x,y and running another. Is there a way to
program it so I can run multiples at the same time without manually moving
it over?

If I understand correctly, you should be able to use the Rectangular Pattern option of the Pattern Components tool:
