To move a text with a leader, I cannot move both at the same time. I have to move the text and the leader stays at the same spot, and then I have to move the leader.
Is there a way to move both at the same time? I move text all the time and having to move the text and then drag the leader is tedious. I am looking for a solution such as hold CTRL or something similar which will select the text and leader together so they can be moved as a unit.
Hi! There isn't a workflow to move the leader and its text altogether. You will need to right-click on the text -> Delete Leader -> move the text and add the leader.

If I'm understanding the OP correctly, they would like to move the entire leader & text to a new location in one move. You have moved the arrowhead and the text separately. I can see how it would be very efficient to grab the arrowhead and drag it to a new location, and the rest of the leader and text would go with it. But of course we also need to be able to move the arrowhead independently of the rest of the leader and text. I'm not sure how the user interface would facilitate this, but I'd certainly support an idea to make this happen.
