Motion in an assembly- Cant be able to Rotate 360 Degree when constraint angle to 55 Degree

Hello Everyone,

I`ve applied Joints for to do Motion in an assembly and tried to Rotate the one side of the 3D Model (which is marked in the attached pic) to 360 Degree by which the other part can also rotate to 360 Degree. It is happening when, Both the Handles are placed at 0 Degree. But when I place Constraint Angle of 55 Degree between both Handles, I cant be able to rotate to 360 Degree. Though in Actual Manufactured Model this is happening live.

Please help, how can I  rotate both the Handles in 360 Degree when I place Constraint to 55 Degree. I`ve already made an Assembly in the name of "Motion Assm_55degree.iam"

Appreciate if anybody helps here.

What version of Inventor are you using? 2024?

Are all of your sketches in all of your components fully defined?

Yes, I`m using Version 2024 and all of the sketches of components are fully defined.

When I check the iProperties of your files it indicates that you are using version 2021, not 2024?

When I check your sketches - many of them are not fully defined?

...and Ø10 is the wrong tap drill size for an M10 thread.

It will be necessary to start over from scratch as I don't know how many other issues I will find.

I strongly urge you to take advantage of @JDMather 's expertise-- decades of experience teaching mechanical solid modeling at the college level.

In any case, I couldn't easily work out your constraint/joint scheme, so I just started a new assembly and rebuilt yours from scratch.  I don't have any difficulty rotating the assembly by "hand" (mouse) through 360°, though I note that in real life it could not work due to collisions between components (circled areas).

The attached assembly file (the only one I changed) is in 2024 format.  I took you at your word that you're working in 2024, despite all the files being in 2021 format...?
