In Inventor, I had been useing F4 for free orbit and F2 to pan. But these keys also are shortucts for windows  F4(multiple screens) and F2 (screen brightness). F4 and F2 are defined in Inventor. (Version 2015)

How do I disable the windows shortcuts.

Hi, this really IS a Windows question, but I'll let it slide this time since the answer is so easy to find on Google.  😉

Beyond what is in this article, I would suggest posting this in one of the Microsoft forums... they know a lot more than I do.  Good luck!

I followed the instructions. The reply was "Windows could not find gpedit.msc"

At this point there is not much more we can suggest in the Inventor forum, I strongly recommedn going to the Microsoft Community where the Windows experts (supposedly) hang out.  I'm sure their forums are not nearly as nice or freindly though.  🙂
