mold design create patching

Hello, 

I am using inventor 2018. In mold design assembly,  creating the patching, there is any impact if we select one hole in upper position and another hole in lower position.

hello, 

here I have attached the picture of my mobile part. Here the patching is done upper on mobile button but patching is lower on the screen portion. then there is any impact on core and cavity ?
