I took a screenshot since I had a feeing it would go away when untoggling/retoggling (missing middle pencil in the top glyph); and yes, it did go away/just weird:
Model State glyph...how is this even possible?

The middle pencil should highlight once all MS are selected (Primary is missing at this point).
