Missing Table Tab in in Annotation

I am trying to insert a Parts List in Inventor 2019.  I go to Annotation but there is no Table Tab at all to select Parts List.  It is that way in all three (3) seats of Inventor I have.  Please assist.

Make sure you have activated the Annotation Tab, then place your cursor over any of the Annotation Tab Panels.  You will probably notice the Table Panel check mark is missing.
