Hye Community. I have a problem that I cant find the solution. I edited sketch in Extrusion 1 and somehow other extrusion were error (missing faces). Do any of you could guide me to fix the error? TIA !

It's because you've changed your geometry. Whatever those planes/sketches were tied to before now don't exist or they overlap and so error.

I'll have a look at your part in a minute

Right first off. Start again and do this in sheet metal environment. It will be so much easier.

If you want to fix the part you are on now, right click the first plane and choose 'redefine.'

Once that is where you want it, everything else will hopefully be fixed. If not you need to redefine those and/or fix your sketches if they are not right.

It's strange because what I changed were just the inside sketch without changing any of the sketch related to the faces involved. Im still figuring out how to redefine as it seem to be on the right place already

Click redefine, click the face you want the plane to be referenced to (origin is probably best in this case) type your dimension. That should fix the plane.

If the other features are still broken you'll need to go through them one by one and fix them.

Seriously though, this will take 5 minutes in sheet metal environment and is less likely to break.

Here's an intermediate result.

I've re-defined Workplane1 and the geometry re-appeared.

But there's still a sketch error in Sketch5 of Extrusion2. The resulting thickness is too small.

Here, you can remodel it faster than it takes to fix it.
