Merging Beams in Frame Generator

Hi There

I'm new to frame generator and still trying to get the hang of things.

I have done a 3D sketch which I have then mirrored and have used this as a template for my Frame.

However, I have now realised that this may have caused a small problem as I am now in situation where I have two beams that are colinear when all I need is one beam.

Looking at my image below, basically I want to know how to merge two beams together. I am aware when you intially select your lines when inserting a frame you are given the option to merge two beams together. But now how do I do it after I have already inserted the beams as when you go to change frame, the merge button is not there. At the same time when I delete the two beams I lose that line in my reference model which I don't think is a good thing.

Any help on this would be great! Thanks.

Regards

Nikhil Makan

Okay it seems I have found a solution to my own problem.

Not really sure what was going on, but regardless of the fact that I set my frame sketch to 'visible' it refused to show up until I double clicked it and came out again.

I was then able to delete the two beams and insert a merged beam by selecting the two lines on my frame sketch.

That also updated the frame reference model.
