Measure Command Display Window

Just had this start happening yesterday.  We're running Inventor 2022.5 and run different projects in different Inventor sessions at the same time.  When I normally run the Measure commend, I get a display such as this:

But when in one particular project (even after restarting Inventor and also rebooting my workstation) I get this:

All my alternate dimensions are displayed vertically down the right side of the measure window.  No clue why it's doing this just in this one project.

Any clues???

And just to check I opened the same assembly but with a different project (IPJ) file, thinking maybe something may be corrupt in the project file.  Does the same thing.

Bizarre...  Was in the same top level machine and opened a sub-assembly and did the Measure command.  The display window was correct.  Odd.   So I went back into the top level and now the Measure command was correct.  Huh?!?!?!  Okay, I don't understand that but appears to be working correctly now.  🙄

Was it on different monitor with different Scale?

Nope, exact same monitor all the time.  Even rebooted and restarted Inventor and it did the same thing.  Then I opened a sub-assembly in the top level assembly where it was happening, did the measure command there and worked fine.  So went back to the top level and it worked fine then, too.  In another session of Inventor in a different project, open at the same time, measure worked correctly the entire time.
