Material properties in modal analysis

Hello,

I have performed a modal analysis in ansys workbench and inventor, and both are giving me completely different results.

Ansys gives me a similar result to Inventor, only when I assign the same material to all parts of the assembly. Otherwise, it shows me an exaggerated deformation in certain parts made of a relatively less stiff material compared to other parts.

I am sure that I have assigned materials correctly to the assembly in both softwares.

What could be the problem? Which software is generally more reliable for Modal analysis?
