Mark Feature and Bend Line layer as Marking & Red Color

Is there any code or method that can change the layer of Mark Feature and Bend Line's Layer from Visible ISO (or any other layer) to "Marking" with a red color?

For reference, check the attached photo.

Do you really need to move to a different layer

or

can you simply go into the Styles and Standards Editor and change the properties of the current layers?
