Hello, we are testing the new mark feature, wich works perfectly. Except it isn't possible to change the layer when putting it on a drawing. or is it possible?

Could someone give me some information regarding this topic.

I think Inventor did make a great feature, but didn't want to spend to much time on it. But if someone knows how to change the layer in the drawing please help..

You can select the mark in your drawing view and change to a different layer, just as you can with any other view geometry.  I just tried adding a new layer named Mark to a drawing, then selected the mark geometry and picked the new layer:

Did I miss something?

hello

did you create the layer called "mark" or it automatically got created because for me i dont find any mark layer created or layer name which is given in mark feature style and also line type is default as edges do we need to change line type and create a layer in idw drawing and then map the mark feature edges to the layer which we created later do dxf?

If you go back to my message and read it carefully, you will see that I created the Mark layer that I show in my image.  I then selected the mark feature edges and changed them to the new layer that I just created.

I'm not sure what you are asking regarding DXF, though.

If you export the dxf directly from the model using the sheet metal flat pattern it will put the mark feature lines on a different layer.
