How do I make a rectangle prism inside a cylinder?

ACtually I want the rectangular prism inside the Cylinder. and i want that rectangtular prism to be hollow, so final product should be a hollow space inside the cylinder.

Just edit the square to a small size and instead extrusion add, choose extrusion cut, in extend choose all and direction for both sides.
