make mirrored part indipendent/separate file for drawing and STL file

I have about 30 dimension part. I made a mirrored part . I have a problem to make  file (different name) on the mirrored part. I need it to make STL for  prototype left and right side part. Thank you.

Hi

Can you describe your workflow in detail? A mirror part can be created as a derive. The file can be saved under any name.
