Make component

Hi everyone

I have a situation here, i made a part, with 3 solid bodies, 2 diferent and 1 is a mirror of another.

I need to make a assembly from that part, and, i need to create only 2 parts and not 3, because i have the same part in model already.

Theres a chance to make this witthout need to add again the same part in assembly using Make Components, or i will need to create a assembly only with 2 parts and add again the same part into assembly??

When you Make Components select only the two unique parts, do not select the mirrored duplicate.

Then in the assembly Ctrl Drag a duplicate from the browser and add assembly constraints as usual.

Hi!

There's so many ways to do that... and your explanation isn't clear for me .

"Deu-me cabo dos cornowskys :)"

BUT.... You can use make components to turn any solid in another part, it's not obligatory that you have to choose assembly.
Using Make part, you can even create the part1 and the respective mirror part2 (some cases the mirror part and the main part are different).

Then, just place it in any assembly you need.
