Losing customized keyboard shortcuts

If I get a random crash my custom keyboard shortcuts stop working.

I have tried saving multiple xml files at random times, and when trying to reload them only some of the keys get restored.

I tried to reset to defaults, and then restore the xml files but same issue.

Also cant confirm this for sure, but it seems like when I make a shortcut for part list, I get more frequent crashes.

Any thought would be appreciated.

Hi omartin,

What version of Inventor are using? and are the hotfixes and service packs all updated?

I ask because this is something that I recall from older versions of Inventor, but it might (or might not) be fixed in later versions.

I would also add on top of what Curtis asked, is this happening to all size inventor files open or just certain ones.  Are the file(s) open large and maybe you are exhausting your PC's resources.  Is your PC in line with the system requirements?  Is anyone else in your department experiencing this same issue.
