Does anyone know of a decent mold design tutorial for Inventor mold design 2019?

I doubt you will find much if anything specific to 2019.. But there should be something floating around for previous versions and I don't think much if any has changed..

it is not solved at all! there is no tutorial with voice cover there, it is a movie with some clicks.
