I'd be really grateful to anyone who can get the semi-circles and arcs I've created on 2 separate planes to loft successfully and create the ridges on my draining board. i appreciate this is a long route to creating this feature but it's been a good learning experience for me. .ipt file attached...

Hi! If I understood the request correctly, you might need multiple lofts. You can Loft (or Sweep or Extrude) the middle section easily. The start and end portions are a bit tricky. The simplest way is to loft to a point with tangent condition. Please take a look at attached part.

Many thanks!

This look better, 'loft to a point with a tangent position' are there any online tutorials specifically showing the steps required to carry out this proceedure and is this methid the reason why the loft start and end shy of the outer semi circle sketches and this would have produced the gentler incline to the loft that I was looking for.

all best

Wouldn't this be a simple Revolve (pressed) in the real world?  (See Attached)
