While I take a look at this - I recommend that you install Update 4 for 2019.

Numerous sketches not fully defined (not counting the Sketch9 splines).

Ends do not match up and why not symmetrical?

Zoom to red arrow and tiny bit of left over rubbish?

Arcs not concentric and therefore material not uniform thickness.

I have zero confidence that any of the geometry matches your true Design Intent.

Well, I tried to post image of issues, but having trouble with Replies this morning.

I will come back to this once they get it sorted out (I found more issues with your geometry).

Hi Jasmine,

Like JD mentioned here, there are several places not following the good modeling practice. When you design in a 3D feature-based parametric solid modeler like Inventor, you need to be precise. The model is the ideal shape of the resultant part. Any deviation can cause you headache down the road. The geometry cannot just look nice or look right. It has to be precise (up to 0.00001mm).

I used surface modeling workflows to create the desirable geometry easily. Please take a look at attached part.

Many thanks!
