Loft Function Won't Let Me Select Specific Sketches (2021)

I'm working on the neck of a guitar and I'm trying to blend some surfaces together. I have three sketches that I want to utilize as profiles for the loft. Each sketch contains a valid closed loop(the extrude function recognizes them as valid profiles for extrusion) however the loft tool simply won't let me select these sketches. I don't know why loft seems to treat these loops differently than extrude.
Attached is the ipt I'm working on. Sketch 67, 68, and 69 contain the profiles for the loft and sketch 70 and 63 contain the rails I want to use(I'm not exactly sure how the rails work so those may also have issues).
Also not sure if this is the best method to do what I'm trying.
Any help is appreciated.

You can't select them because they are not closed loops.

You need to use surface loft.

I'd suggest starting again with your profiles, they are very messy and way too many lines that will confuse Inventor.

Also Sketch 67 and 68 do not match.

Needs to look more like this

I was able to use surface loft to achieve the correct shape that I wanted after I cleaned up the profiles a bit. What is the best way to convert the surface into a solid?
Also, you said that the sketches didn't have closed loops. I thought that they were closed loops, what is a closed loop if those weren't?

A closed loop, has no end. You just had lines.

You can try using stitch to stitch it to the rest of the model and make it
all solid.

You can use thicken and then try deleting the internal faces to create a
solid.

If you can't work it out, Attach your model so I can see what you have so
far.
