Is it possible to loft those 3 lines and cut a corner, I can’t get it to work

If acceptable, Sketch10 should be modified so that the resulting surface completely intersects the body.
Then a surface is built and used to trim (Split) the part.
Attached is the result file (the surface may be hide).
