Hi Experts

How can I remove the trasition lines that occurs between solid body A (Loft) and solid body B (Extrustion)

What do you mean by transition.

Do you want to smooth out where they meet?

Use a fillet.

I think I know what you mean. 

 

You can try a fillet.

 

Or You can try modelling the whole thing as a loft, so use 3 profiles instead of two.

Looking at your original post I would say this should be all one loft. Possibly with guide rails.

Use combine feature, which can remove the seam between two body and join them.
