Linking excel for parameters gives "Embedded 1"

Hey, I was tinkering with Inventor and learning about parameters when i stumbled upon an issue.

I had made a spreadsheet with 3 parameters, saved it in the same file as the .ipj and .ipt and then closed it.

In my ipt I:

pressed parameters

pressed link

selected my .xlsx file with the parameters

But, instead of all the parameters showing up, there just shows up a row wich says "embedding 1"

I've searched around the internet but didn't directly find it...

So, do you know what's happening or what I did wrong? It worked at school...
