Linked AutoCAD drawing "Needs Updating"

I have a part that I'm using an autoCAD drawing for an extrusion: basically just placing the drawing on a surface, projecting it to a sketch on that surface, then extrude cutting the drawing. I had to change the dimensions of the drawing in autoCAD, saved it and Inventor knew there was a change but doesn't seem to give me the option to update. 

Not sure how to update. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I found it: Select "Manage" Tab. Select your lightning bolt item in the model tree and click update at the manage tab ribbon. Simple as that, apparently.
