Line tool constraints

Line tool constraints

Hi, I'm using the line tool in a 2d sketch. First, I draw a polygon with the tool. Then, when I come to move one of the lines with the mouse cursor, it detaches from the other lines, and becomes a single floating line on its own.

As far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with the fly down constraint menu options, but i may have changed another option elsewhere in inventor and not have realised it.

Anyone know what's causing thios strange behaviour?

Thanks

Its the recent version.

I've noticed that normally if you hold control with the line tool, then the constraints are not applied. But the opposite seems to be true with my inventor, ie holding control applys the nornal constraints with the line tools.

Have you installed Service Pack 1?

Does the behavior persist if you reboot the computer?

If settings as above and SP1 installed and rebooted computer - can you attach file here that exhibits this behavior?
