learning steps tutorial

Does Inventor 2017 have the learning steps?    The icons are still on the ribbon but when you click on them the learning step diagram comes up but then nothing.

All of the tutorials are just minutes long and just an intro.

I saw a video on YouTube with TIFF and he had a totorial on using the learning steps tutorials for Inventor 2017.

I have wasted so much time on this.   I ended up unloading 2017 and loading 2015 Inventor.

I hope autodesk is not following the norm where as the customer starts using the product Autodesk starts stripping off parts of the product and you need to get them from a third party.   We all pay so much for these products because they are complete.

So....again the question.....do the tutorial and learning steps icons on the Inventor 2017 ribbon really lead to the learning steps that we see advertised?

I haven't loaded 2017 yet but there are tons of tutorials,etc.. on the website..
