Keyboard shortcut-Close File

Is there a keyboard shortcut to close the active file/window (the "X" in the field of the drawing, or part, shown below)? I would like to close certain (not all) open files in a "rapid-fire" manner from the keyboard (instead of trying to land on that "X" with a 4800dpi trackball).

I thought that was what auto CAD stood for.
