Can please anyone explain what Key Column does in the parameters manager?
What does key parameter means and how to work with it?

In help file I can find following, but it does not make much sense what you can do with those key parameters.
"Key parameters are those parameters that you designate as especially important. You can set an optional flag for each key parameter, and then use a visibility filter to view a "short list" of these critical parameters."

Key parameters denote important parameters. These are used for content centre libraries, for example. The key parameters contain the parameters that uniquely describe the component.
However, you can also use the key parameters for yourself by marking your most important parameters with them and, if necessary, clicking on the filter symbol at the bottom left of the parameter manager and filtering by them. This can be useful if you have x-100 parameters, but only some are really relevant.

Hi! The key parameters are more for API purposes than manual workflows. The key designation helps filter out non-key parameters more easily.

Many thanks!

"explain what Key Column does in the parameters manager"

It preserves your sanity.

In addition to what Johnson said, in a complex model, it's easy to create hundreds of parameters - and the parameters dialog box quickly becomes unmanageable.  Key Parameters are there just as a filter to reduce the list to the ones you deem important.
