What is the proper way/steps to put a hole in the horizontal tube and cope the ubend so they fit together?

This should be easy to do.

Please attach your file(s) and someone will demonstrate how.

Sketch1 is not fully defined?

Sketch2 is not fully defined?

Sketch3 is not fully defined?

Sketch3/Extrusion1/Fillet1 probably does not result in the Design Intent.

Did you look at the file that I attached to my previous response?

You are going backwards in your modeling technique.

Anytime you have a sketch that is not fully defined - I recommend that you stop, do not continue - attach your file here and ask questions.

Sorry, I missed your attachment.  Your file is exactly what I was trying to do.  Once you fixed my poorly constrained sketch, what was the process to accomplish this?  Thanks.
