You should be in part file *.ipt, not drawing file *.idw or *.dwg.
Expand your Origine folder in the browser.
Right click on the XY, XZ, and YZ folder and select Visibility.
Do you see these workplanes in the graphics window now?
Yes - then click 2D sketch and then click desired sketch plane.
No - go to Tools>Application Options>Hardware tab and set to Software Graphics.
Does it work now?
