Is there a way to add a dual dimension in the drawing without creating a new style? Thank you in advance.

Sorry I didn't explain myself very well. Show the dual dimension only on few dimensions, not all of them.

You can only make it with an alternative style for those. Place all, then select all to change, right-click > New Dimension Style... and pick the other base style while saving it with a unique name at the top.
