Is orphaned thread/hole text selectable?

Something in the model below changed. Now, the thread note is grayed-out. That's fine, but is there a way I can copy & paste that text for re-use? It's a shame if I just have to delete it without being able to use it again (esp. since I can see it). This also happens with orphaned hole notes.

Hi Mitchell,

Unfortunately, I don't see a way to repurpose the orphaned note. The note is like a static annotation. It cannot be moved. The only thing is to delete or keep it as is.
