Is it possible to dimension like Solidworks?

Usually, when I am working on the revolve feature, I would make the dimension like this, as diameter, so that I could change it very easily. In this way, I am able to change it to match my drawing without any calculation.

I wonder whether it is possible to do it the same in Inventor?

Yes - change your construction line on the CL of the part to linetype "centerline" and the dimension will automatically apply as a diameter, as you have shown.  Note, if you then want to apply other dimensions as regular dimensions from the CL, you can change the CL back to the default linetype and it will dimension normally.

Without changing any linetypes, when dimensioning you can also select the centerline geometry first, then the geometry on your diameter, right-click and choose "linear diameter", which will give you the same result.
