iProperties do not open correctly

After opening the iProperties in a drawing, only a blank window is visible. Once full screen mode is activated, you will see the iProperties. However, these can only be confirmed by pressing the Enter button - not left-clicking the OK button. If the full screen mode is minimised, again only a white field is visible.

Hi! This could be Inventor application setting related or display related. Go to Windows Display settings and select the recommended resolution and scale. Right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> "Change High DPI settings" -> check both boxes.

If it still does not work, use Inventor Reset Utility to reset Inventor settings back to install defaults.
