iProperties dialog box cutoff

I'm using Inventor 2024 and sometimes (not always) the iProperties dialog box comes up and is cutoff and doesn't allow me to scroll down either.  It lets me resize the window but it doesn't change what is shown.

Is there a way to fix this?

Try right-clicking Inventor's shortcut > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > override (box) > System Enhanced (pull-down).

I tried "Change high DPI settings" but it did not fix the problem.  It did lead me to what I believe the problem is though and it's the difference in display scaling between my laptop and large external monitor.  My laptop display has a scaling of 125% (recommended) and the external display is 100%.  If I keep Inventor on the laptop display the iProperties dialog box is not cut off like in the picture.

It seems like this would be a common problem for anyone using Inventor on a laptop but in my searching I can't seem to find anything.

I have the same or similar problem.

Laptop with 2 screens attached, 1x HDMI and 1x Display Port. Both at 3480x2160 Resolution and 60 Hz.

I am lucky and I have big screens. Recommend bigger screens when you working with larger assemblies.

The Laptop and 1 screen work normally the other gives random amounts of information in the IProperties dialog box.

Occasionally I can get it to show half the information in the dialog box - Dialog Box is fine. Only the information is cutoff inside. I can drag Inventor to the other screen or the laptop and open the IProperties box in either and it works fine.

The cut off is at the top ATM but can vary and appears to be consistent.

It is frustrating, but I can work around it.
