Inventor View 2014 won't start

The program is installed on a Citrix server with multiple users.

It worked fine but suddenly it won't start.

Does not pop up with an error message.

You see the process start in Task Manager but the closes after 5 sec.

We get 4 error messages in event viewer with 1 second delay between each every time we try to open it.

Hello

The first link looks alot like my problem because nothing shows up when i press the icon.

The last link does not seem my problem because it has a pop-up while my does not.

I tried doing what was mentioned as "solved" in the first link, but it did not work.

Is it possible that Autodesk Inventor View 2014 is not compatible with RDS/terminal servers?

Video of the problem.

@Anonymous not sure why that is happening, can only guess that there is a corruption in the launch of the program.

Have you updated all the current service packs?

Autodesk Inventor View 2014 Service Pack 2

Is there a reason you are not using an updated version?

Autodesk Inventor View 2018

I would suggest uninstalling the 2014 and getting the newest version.
