Why is that if i download the inventor tutorials it will always stuck i have a 10mpbs internet connection

Just tried it and it downloaded successfully, did you get it to work? Maybe try the 2017 release as they are very similar. Without getting too in depth to your computer task manager or ISP settings that is hard to diagnose.
