Inventor to Revit, is parametric adjustability maintained?

Is it possible to create a parametric geometry in Inventor, transfer that geometry into a Revit family, and still maintain the option for parametric adjustment of the geometry within the Revit environment?

Yes indeed, thank you.

I am also disappointed that this feature has stopped to be standardly supported in Inventor. The way i see it, is that Revit and Inventor could be greatly complementary to each other. Revit for the big building scale, Inventor for the fine detailing and manufacturing data. It could have been perfect marriage, especially for my field of work which is facade engineering, as we need both scopes. I just elaborated on this at this page:

Hi! Disabling BIM feature recognition in 2018 is to support more geometry type and support Inventor assembly also. It would be ideal if Revit and Inventor could exchange models seamlessly. However, the two CAD systems were targeting two different customer bases from different industries. The technologies involved in the two programs are fairly different, although they belong to the same company. We are intended to make it better.
