Is anyone aware of a program that will either convert an .idw to HTML or print to HTML???

It seems the bast approaching more like export to PDF and then convert PDF to html with free tools such as free online tool - https://www.pdftohtml.net/.

Or

Try with tool WebGL Exporter for Autodesk® Inventor® - Trial from Autodesk app store.
