greetings fellow engineers,
i recently got asked if i could possibly make a quick animation, but i am not as experienced with inventor studio as i am with the standard program. So i hoped someone here could help me out with getting started or even telling me if its possible.
i was given quite a simple task, but the animation could be a problem, so here is the situation:
we have a wire under extreme tension, the wire snaps and falls down. thats it.
So for the animation i was thinking about maybe having the solid wire, then kind of bending 2 parts upside and then returning to straight (as an in between state) and then those two parts bending the opposide direction so back down, it would look OK if it only moved on the Y axis.
the only real big issue i have is that it has to look smooth, but i dont know if thats even possible so thats where i rely on you guys.
i have hand drawn my idea so if it could be of any asistance you could check it out.
