Hello! Need your help
I'm using Inventor Professional 2021 to verify the contact pression between 2 cylinders (parts and assembly attatched).
For that I tried to block the axe of the inner cylinder and impose a displacement of the outter cylinder towards the inner-one (until bothe axes are collinears), but I didn't find the option for a displacement control. The inner cylinder diammeter is larger than the inner diammeter of the outter cylinder, so I expect elastic deformation in both cylinders.
I tried to use the dynamic simulation too, to impose the displacement and later evaluate the stress, but I couldn't make any component move the way I want (move from this pointA(x,y,z) to this pointB(x,y,z)).
For the model, I'm using axisymmetry in 30° because I don't know how to model just the section.
If anyone could help me, I'd appriciate.
If you have another idea of how to measure this contact pression, please tell me.
