Inventor stopped rendering in avi

Hello,

Inventor used to render vidos just fine but then,  I had to reinstall it, and now it will not render in avi. It freezes when i click "render" without giving the compression options.

I am running a i4790k with 16gb or ram and 2 gtx 980.

How could I fix that?

What version of Inventor? Inventor 2015Service Pack and Update? I do not know, just redownloaded version offered for free at Georgia Institute of Technology. OS? WindowsUser access level? ProfessionalAnti-virus and UAC? NortonThank you for your time.

Download Service Pack1.

Download Update 2.

Temporarily disable your anti-virus and UAC and install these.
