Inventor Simulation Theory Manual

Hello,

As ex Ansys APDL user, I found that Inventor In-Cad simulation UI is very simplified. This simplification does accelerate my simulation set up. However, it also reduces the control as well as understanding of my set up. For instance, I tried the pin connection constraint. What will this constraint does? Does it couple some nodal DOFs on the cylindrical surface to a center point?

Also, where can I find the Simulation Theory Manual? In Ansys APDL, they have a manual that contains all formula and method used by the program.

Thank you for your time,

TN

Hi! Here is the link to NASTRAN In-CAD documentation. Please take a look.
