Downloaded Inventor Professional 2019. When I try create new paper I get this message that says "Graphic driver stopped responding. The work of Inventor will be stopped". I reinstalled Inventor 2 more times and it didnt help. What can i do?
What graphics card do you have?
What graphics card driver version are you using?
Have you tried updating your graphics card driver to the latest version from the card manufacturers site?
You can also go to tools..application options...hardware tab and check the box for "use software graphics" and then restart Inventor. That should really only be used as a diagnostic tool to verify that your graphics card driver/model is not suitable and can be used all the time but the performance will suffer drastically. Best to get your graphics card drivers either updated to one that works or replace your graphics card if its inferior..
What are your system specs (especially graphics card).
What happens if you set as follows (if you can), reboot Inventor and select Diagnosis...
The message says "to display diognostics information you need for the working graphic window to be opened, please open the document and try again " thats exactly what i cannot do.
My graphic card Nvidia GTX 1050, i'm pretty sure that my drivers up to date
I used to work with inventor 2016 year ago, it was fine
BTW my mouse coursor starts to rapidly blink when Inventor is on
Should i try to install previous version?
I would run the Inventor Reset Utility
and
install Updates for 2019.
Hi! How much system RAM do you have? Is Inventor running on Nvidia card or the embedded graphics card?
Make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and graphics driver is up-to-date. Lastly, install 2019.4 update followed by 2019.4.9 update.
