The same Inventor runs on other computers without a problem.
Solution:
I made the following tutorial to help you fix/solve the problem in a Windows environment.

Hi! A few possibilities. Please make sure .Net 4.7 is enabled or installed on your machine. Update graphics driver and install all critical Windows updates. Or, it could be license related. What licence do you have? Please send the crash report with your email address and then send me an email (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to take a look at the report and understand the crash better.
Many thanks!
