Inventor Professional 2019 Crash on StartUp

Problem:

You have installed Inventor Professional 2019 on a computer/laptop that meets or exceeds required system specifications but when you run it,it crashes and you are prompted to send an error report to Autodesk in a form.

The same Inventor runs on other computers without a problem.

Solution:

I made the following tutorial to help you fix/solve the problem in  a Windows environment.

Respond here with any questions that you may have or if you need further assistance.

I'm sorry, is your issue resolved?  Or are you still having problems?

Looks like you are posting a solution on youtube for those having a similar issue.

Hi! A few possibilities. Please make sure .Net 4.7 is enabled or installed on your machine. Update graphics driver and install all critical Windows updates. Or, it could be license related. What licence do you have? Please send the crash report with your email address and then send me an email (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to take a look at the report and understand the crash better.

Many thanks!

hi @Anonymous

What was the solution ....so others might be able see and use it if needed.

If it was one of these ... you might want to accept that for an answer.
