Inventor parameters to REVIT

HI Could anybody tell me if it is possible to export Inventor parameters to REVIT for use as shared parameters and vice versa ?

In Inventor Parameters table, check on the parameters you want to export, then go to Environments->BIM Content (it is named BIM Exchange in Inventor 2017 and before)->Export Building Components, export it to a Revit family file (.rfa). Open the .rfa file in Revit, you'll see the parameters in Family Types dialog. However, Revit cannot export parameters to Inventor.

Thank you for sharing that info. 

In case I need to add my own parameters which would be the user parameters, do you have a way to export them? because the check mark is only available for model parameters.
